    I’ve been vegetarian for just over 10 years & I’m wokirng on making the switch to vegan right now. I hate to cook & would love some help finding easy, healthy foods.

      I’m sorry it has taken me so long to reply. Sometimes my notifications get sent to spam.

      I make a lot of one dish meals and salads. Both are pretty fast and easy to prepare. While I do like to cook, I am a busy person and appreciate easy. If you click on my recipe tab above, you’ll find an assortment of easy but delicious recipes.
