Workout #1 is perfect for runners. Grab a couple dumbbells, head to the treadmill and get ready to go.

Machines get a bad rap sometimes in this era of functional fitness, and it is true that body weight, functional exercise has multiple benefits. But there is a time and place for machines. They are great for beginners, for focusing on strength building, and injury recovery. They are also perfect for a time efficient and effective workout that will get you in and out of the gym in about 30 minutes.

I love it! Such great workouts to help take those excuses away… Of all of them, I’m more inclined to do something like your 7 min workout when I feel the need for an excuse cropping up. I love high intensity workouts that get you breathing hard and hit your entire body. Anything involving push ups, squats, pull ups and burpees and I’m happy (afterwards! lol)! Great ideas here; thanks, Debbie!

This is awesome. As a new mom, I’m trying to priortize fitness and it’s hard with working full time and caring for a baby. Workouts like this are a great solution!
