Have you ever read a great book, seen an inspiring movie, or heard a great joke, and thought, “I’ve got to share that!” Of course you have! Here are a few things from my Reader in the last week that inspired and motivated me, made me happy, sad, and angry, made my stomach growl, and made me laugh.

Fitknitchick, Fatblaster Friday: A Badass Birthday Workout. and a Belated Birthday Crossfit Style Workout Courtesy of Dai Manuel. Tamara recently celebrated her 46th birthday and was gifted with these two workouts, the first by Shannon of BadAssFitness, the second from Dai Manuel of The Moose is Loose. Try them then you can get back and tell me which was the most challenging!

    The corn and zucchini casserole sounds so good! I also need to read Katy W’s post b/c I’ve never quite understood no follow/follow links either! And finally, the SITS girls have so much valuable info on their site. Thanks for a great roundup!

    So many great posts this week Debbie! I fell waaaaay behind on my reading last week (a big writing project is consuming much of my time) and I so appreciate your roundup post to help me get back on track.

    Thanks too, for including links to my birthday workouts. I gotta say that Shannon’s whole workout would have taken another 20 minutes; I had to truncate it to fit the video!
