As I mentioned in my previous post, this vlog is a workout that I designed for a class that I teach that I named “Super Ball.” This is the second of the four total body exercises in this workout, and in spite of the name, it does not use a ball, just a pair of dumbbells.
I’m not sure that my second attempt at vlogging has improved, but here it is for your viewing pleasure.
I’m still trying to learn video editing skills, so let’s hope my efforts will improve over time. Speaking of editing skills, I’m taking my videos with my iphone. Any tips will be deeply appreciated.
